    • Tests Carrying-out & Results

AIn the morning of the two test days, the three testers took their respective body temperature before any activity, any physical effort and cold resistance.

* The first tests in ski-doo were carried on 21.02.2001 in the morning between 9.55am and 11.15am, i.e. for 1h20mn.

That morning the ski-doo speed was fluctuating between 20 and 100 km/h.

All testers started the activity with their respective jackets on. The " Sportsman " took his light breathable jacket off after 30mn, and only kept his acrylic pullover.

* The second tests in ski-doo were carried out on 24.02.01 in the afternoon between 2.30pm and 5.00pm, i.e. for 2h30mn. The " Every-day-life Man " and the " Young Lady " did the activity with their respective breathable jackets. The " Sportsman " was only wearing his acrylic pullover during all the activity.

After all tests done, the three testers measured their own body temperature to note the COLDWINNER™ protection effect against cold, and expressed their remarks.

The " Every-day-life Man " did easily use the ski-doo at an average speed of 60km/h, without being harassed by cold and wind, even though his body temperature dropped quite a bit. Only his face suffered from cold, as he was not protected with a hood in COLDWINNER™ – heavy version.

The " Young Lady " and the " Sportsman " did use the ski-doo at a speed between 80 and 100km/h, and they did not suffer from cold and wind at all, except the " Young Lady "’s face as she was not wearing any hood in COLDWINNER™ – heavy version, and feet considering the outside temperature and the wind. The " Sportsman " was perfectly at ease in that activity despite the weather conditions.
